At Sara Suki, every item is lovingly created, printed, pressed, and packaged in-house. As many of our products are custom-made, we appreciate your patience while we create your order.

Processing Times

💕 Custom & Personalised Orders: 3–10 business days
💕 Wholesale Orders: Processing times vary depending on order size and will be advised upon ordering.

Production times do not include shipping times.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or a trusted courier service.

Estimated delivery times:

  • NSW: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate: 3–10 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Sara Suki is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Sara Suki is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for collection.
